Instructions
  1. Fold a brown piece of construction paper in half. Draw out the shape of a pot using the marker, then use the scissors to cut the shape out. The folded end will serve as the bottom of your pot.
  2. Use other colors of construction paper to cut out flower shapes. Make sure that they are big enough to hold the photographs you have! You probably want 3 or 4 flowers for one card.
  3. Cut out your photographs so that they fit on the flowers. It is best to cut the photographs into a circular shape. Glue one photo to each flower. Let dry.
  4. Use markers to write a Mother’s Day message on the pot, as well as any other things you want to tell mom!
  5. Use green construction paper to cut out a line of grass to glue to the top of the pot.
  6. Glue each flower to the yarn and glue the bottom end of the yarn to the inside bottom of the pot.
  7. Glue a thin line on each side of the inside of the pot so that the sides stay together, but there is still an opening at the top (the unfolded end.)
  8. Glue the pot and the flowers to a card stock.
