For each tuna steak you will need
- teriyaki sauce ⅛ cup

Instructions
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, onion, and marmalade in a bowl.

- mixed vegetables (bell pepper + onion + zucchini) 1 of each
- mustard 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Slice the vegetables into large pieces — for example, bell peppers into triangles, onions in half, and zucchini into thick chunks.

- In a bowl, combine the onion, bell pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice.
